Online Class: Sushi 101

The craft of sushi-making is a time-honored tradition in Japan, a matter of intense national pride. It’s often noted that the red of the fish and the white of the rice symbolize the red and white of the Japanese flag. But you don’t need to visit Japan to learn the basics of sushi. Our Sushi 101 class will give you the insight and resources for making your own sushi. Chef Shane is a pro and will guide you through the process.
