Sushi and Sake

Learn how to make restaurant-quality sushi in your home kitchen in this hands-on class with Chef Shane! We’ll break down key techniques for preparing sushi rice, fresh fish, and constructing sushi rolls. You’ll be sure to impress your friends and family with your new rolling skills. We’ll complete the experience with a pairing of sake.

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government-issued I.D.
