Online Class: Sweet and Savory Scones

What makes a great scone?  Come find out in this fun Saturday morning class where Chef Callyn will show you how to make the perfect scone dough for both sweet and savory taste buds.  You’ll make cheddar leek scones, and lemon blueberry cornmeal scones.  You will have plenty to share with your friends and family (or keep them for yourself; we won’t tell!)

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for a dozen of each scone. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on January 15th, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
