Online Class: Thanksgiving Dinner Step-by-Step

Hello again amazing friends! Chef Daniela is here to help you make all the necessary preparations for your Thanksgiving dinner. She will teach you how to mise-en-place your dishes so on Thanksgiving Day it will be really easy to just finish cooking them, and serve up a delicious meal to your friends and family!

Menu:
Herb-Brined Turkey with Citrus Compound Butter (Whole Turkey [8-10 pounds] or Turkey Breast)
Apple Cranberry Dressing
Brown Butter Classic Gravy
Roasted Garlic and Leek Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Charred Brussels Sprouts with Maple Bacon and Sweet Orange Peppers

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for a dozen pastries depending on size and application.. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Tuesday, November 24th , between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
