It’s that time of the year again! The holiday season is here, and the best part, we can all agree, is the food!

In this class, Chef Marcela will guide you to make the best vegan Thanksgiving dinner, rich in flavors that will leave the meat-lovers jealous of everything we will make!

Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad
Pomegranate and Hazelnut Brown Butter Dressing
Quinoa and Shiitake Mushrooms
Spiced Cranberry and Starfruit Chutney
Pumpkin Maple Custards (made ahead for you)

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for six to eight servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Monday, November 23rd from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
