The Magic of Sourdough

Sourdough made easy! This class is a fun introduction to the art of sourdough. Join Chef Jackie and Chef Debbie for this interactive, online baking class. You’ll combine art and cooking to create a delicious sourdough focaccia. You will receive all the ingredients to create a pre-designed focaccia. Use our design or create your own!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. This class is designed for two people and  2 loaves of focaccia. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on Thursday, March 18th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
