While we can’t yet visit Chef Freyka’s home country, she is ready to bring the cuisine to your family table. Get ready to enjoy an unforgettable experience as we transport you and your cooking partner to a very busy city without the hassle and crowds, but complete with all of the flavors that Peruvian cuisine is well-known for. Chef Freyka has created a menu based on what tourists visiting Peru like the best. It was a hard decision, but she is sure that these dishes represent the fusion cuisine native to her country, combining Asian, European, African, and Peruvian flavors and ingredients.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
- Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Traverse Mountain Cooking School on Thursday, April 22nd, from 1:00 pm. to 4:30 pm. (If an earlier or later pick up time is needed, please just let us know)
