Online Class: Triple Truffle Shuffle

Ready to ask someone to be your valentine? Tasty truffles are a sweet way to get them to say yes! A chocolate truffle is a type of chocolate confectionery, traditionally made with a chocolate ganache center coated in chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut, or chopped toasted nuts (typically hazelnuts or almonds), usually in a spherical, conical, or curved shape. Their name derives from their resemblance to truffles, edible fungi of the genus Tuber. But there’s no fungus for these fun guys, Chefs Jake and Sage are here teach you to make several different delectable truffles. This class will give you a good excuse to get your hands dirty and make some sweet treats! Sign up today to join in the fun.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
