Online Class: Tropical Mocktails and Island Bites with Dietitian Ashley and Chef Callyn

Winter got you dreaming of the tropics? Let us transport you to white sandy beaches. Whether you’re a non-drinker, drinker, sober curious, or observing Dryuary (dry January) you will not want to miss this. Chef Callyn and Dietitian Nutritionist Ashley will share favorite mocktails and bites to turn your evening into an mental island vacation.

Chef Callyn received her plant-based education from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Registered Dietitian Ashley Quadros serves Harmons Holladay Market and Traverse Mountain locations.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on January 26th, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
