We will take the time away from this elaborate dish and get you to sit down and relax. Join Chef Freyka, as you recreate with her one of her country’s favorite appetizers and learn how to quickly make risotto in the pressure cooker.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School on Thursday, November 12th, from 12:00 pm. to 6:00 p.m.
