Vietnamese Pho

Often considered the national dish of Vietnam, pho is the perfect comfort food—warm, hearty, and deceptively simple with complex flavors. Originating in the early 20th century, the dish migrated to the states after the Vietnam War where it has become an urban favorite. Join us for this virtual hands-on class where Chef Callyn will show you how to build a rich flavorful broth, filled with noodles, and topped with traditional garnishes. You’ll prepare some simple and delicious recipes to accompany your soup for a cozy meal you can create at home!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on March 11th, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The address is: 4675 S. Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117
