Online Class: Voyage to the Caribbean

The Caribbean is home to some of the most vibrant, diverse, and eminently delectable culinary expressions in the world. In this virtual class, you will learn to cook with the incredible array of ingredients, born of the region’s natural wonders, which makes this cuisine so special. Join Chef Callyn on a culinary journey that will transport you to the stunning Caribbean islands right from your own kitchen!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on January 19th, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
