Online Class: White Truffle Christmas Brunch

The truffle is one of the most sought after flavors in the world, and the white variety is top of its class. These little land nuggets are so in-demand that they are traded on the black market and can cost thousands of dollars. In fact, the most expensive truffle ever sold for $330,000! In this class, we will talk truffles and how to use them in your home, and create a brunch that is truly fit for royalty. Each kit will come with one small Piedmont white truffle as well as everything you need for your brunch. Sign up and have the most exquisite brunch from the comfort of your own home.

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
