Online Class: Winter Thai

Traditional Thai cooking artfully blends four key flavors: salty, sweet, sour, and spicy. Though many dishes may seem simple, the techniques and unique ingredients which define them can be a little intimidating. Join Chef Callyn for a journey into Thai cooking, where you’ll discover new favorites, and learn to prepare several flavorful Thai dishes which you can create at home this winter.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay Cooking School on February 2nd, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
