Wok This Way

Panda? Not here! We will be making some Chinese style favorites in this class. You can break free from the local Chinese restaurant and “wok” with your head held high. Chef Shane and his sous chef Brenda have the techniques, equipment, and recipes you and your family will love to make, over and over. Best part? You’ll get your own wok to keep!

Orange Chicken
Hot and Sour Soup
Soba Noodle Lo Mein

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe and a wok. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Bangerter Crossing cooking school on Friday, April 9th from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. or Saturday, April 10th from 2 to 4 p.m.
