Oregon Coast and Pinot Noirs

The American Northwest has produced a cuisine rich with influences of Asian and California Spanish immigrants and indigenous fishing cultures. Join Chef Nancy in a celebration of the small plates style of Coastal Oregon fare along with a curated pairing of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir wines.

Black Cod, Black Garlic, Dashi
Golden Beets, Baby Spinach, Watercress, Ginger, and Smoked Jalapeno
