Pacific Northwest Wine and Cheese

The unwritten rule in wine that “the more specific the site, the better the wine”  is never more true than with Pinot Noir.  Long warm summers make Oregon ideally suited to producing this highly-regarded wine. Likewise, Washington’s Merlots are velvety soft and known for their chocolate-covered plum and warm-spice notes; and its long growing season allows their Cabernet to slowly ripen, cementing its reputation for delicious black currant and cedar notes.  Join Chefs Jake and Sage as they take pair these delicious wines with their handpicked favorite cheeses and assorted delicacies.
