Macarons: Italian Meringue Method

Have you ever wanted to master the art of making macarons? Join Chef Debbie as she walks you through making this wonderful cookie! She’ll provide you with all kinds of tips and hints as you create your own cookie masterpieces in this virtual hands-on class. There are 3 types of macaron cookies: French method, Italian method, and Swiss method. We will teach you the Italian method and provide you with 1 chef prepared filling and the ingredients to create another. Don’t miss this class!

Kit Includes:
All ingredients for macaron cookies
2 tubes gel food coloring
S’mores filling
Lemon Ganache filling (chef-prepared)
Candy thermometer
A light snack for two

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for around dozen cookies and extra filling. A light snack will also be provided. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Wednesday, May 26th, Between 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
