Pâte à Choux: Cream Puffs, Éclairs, and Cheese Gougères

In this class Chef Daniela will teach you classic recipes for choux pastry which bakes into airy, tender puffs. This light dough is the base for such delicious deserts as cream puffs and éclairs, as well as savory morsels like cheesy gougères.
