Pâte à Choux – Eclairs and Cream Puffs

Hello  bakers and pastry lovers! Chef Jackie and Chef Jarrett are going to teach you how to make delicious French pâte à choux pastry from scratch! This French pastry is used as the base for a variety of desserts: éclairs, profiteroles, gougères (cheese puffs) and churros, to name a few. We will also learn to make pastry cream and chocolate glaze to fill and cover these delicious clouds of sweetness.

Seats are priced per person. You will be working with other guests to form groups of 4 for efficient use of the kitchen

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
