Teen Chef: Pâte à Choux – Eclairs and Cream Puffs

Hello teen bakers and pastry lovers! Chef Daniela is going to teach you how to make delicious French pâte à choux pastry from scratch! This French pastry is used as the base for a variety of desserts: éclairs, profiteroles, gougères (cheese puffs) and churros, to name a few. We will also learn to make pastry cream and chocolate glaze to fill and cover these delicious clouds of sweetness.  A light meal will also be served.

This class is designed for teens ages 12 and older. Students will be working in groups of 2. Parents who would like to attend with their child must purchase an additional seat.

Seats are priced per person. You will be working with other guests to form groups of 4 for efficient use of the kitchen
