Pâte à Choux: Éclairs, Cream Puffs and Gougères

Hello bakers and pastry-lovers! Chef Daniela is going to teach you how to make delicious French pâte à choux pastry from scratch! This French pastry is used as the base for a variety of desserts: éclairs, profiteroles, gougères (cheese puffs) and churros, to name a few. We will also learn to make pastry cream and chocolate glaze to fill and cover these delicious clouds of sweetness. A light meal will be served. We will work in groups of four to utilize the kitchen space more effectively.
