Often considered the national dish of Vietnam, pho is the perfect comfort food — warm, hearty, and deceptively simple with complex flavors. Originating in the early 20th century, the dish migrated to the states after the Vietnam War where it has become an urban favorite. Join us for this hands on class where Chef Callyn will show you how to build a rich flavorful broth, filled with noodles, and topped with traditional garnishes. You’ll prepare some simple and delicious recipes to accompany your soup for a cozy meal you can recreate at home!

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated.
