Pierogis with Beer

Pierogis are boiled, filled dumplings that are then pan-fired to crispy-chewy perfection. Originating in Eastern Europe, they can be made with sweet or savory fillings. In this hands-on class, Chef Casey will be teaching you the art and craft of savory pierogis. Paired with all the traditional accompaniments, you will be in pierogi heaven! This class includes a local beer pairing.
