Join Chef Callyn and Dietitian Hannah for a plant-based potluck! Whether you’re living a vegetarian lifestyle, cooking for friends and family, or just looking for fresh new ideas this class is perfect for you! In this class we will¬†practice tips and techniques to get the most flavor out of your vegetable and plant-based ingredients, and create satisfying dishes you can enjoy at any potluck!

Caramelized Onion and Zucchini Tart with Goat Cheese or Vegan Ricotta
Roasted Artichokes with Avocado Tahini Spread
Hashed Brussels Sprout Salad
Sheet Pan Gnocchi and Bok Choy
