Pretzels and Beer Cheese

The pretzel, oddly enough, has quite a fascinating origin. Legend has it that in 1614 Switzerland, royal couples used a pretzel in their wedding ceremonies, the origin – at least in legend – of the phrase “tying the knot.”  In Germany they are seen as a symbol of good luck, prosperity, and spiritual fulfillment; and were also handed out to the poor as a way of providing them with both spiritual and literal sustenance. Join Chefs Jake and Sage as they teach you how to make delicious Pretzels, Pretzel Buns, and the perfect compliment; Beer Cheese Sauce! This will be a fun class you won’t want to miss!
