Alaska!  Whenever folks picture the menus of the wonderful seafood prepared at the famous, on-the-beach restaurants in Alaska, wild Alaska red salmon stands out on the list, or Alaska’s famous cold water halibut. But wait. Scroll down the menu and chances are you will find calamari steak, an Alaskan delicacy.  If calamari steak is on the menu, there’s no question about what we order!

This is not the calamari rings you see on the starter menu. These are the steaks from the body of the squid. Such a delicate flavor and so easy to prepare. Chef Jackie will lead us through the proper preparation of this delicacy together with all of the side dishes to make this a gourmet  dinner you won’t forget.
