Learn to cook with the Chinese way, practice your knife skills with the Chinese cutting-edge session, and create different tasty dishes. Learn about Chinese ingredients and create your own stir-fry from an assortment of meats, vegetables, and the most known flavoring and aromatic ingredients used in Chinese Cuisine.

At the end of the class, we will serve the meal buffet style, with all the diferent dishes prepared by the teams, so that the family will be able to try what the other teams have prepared. Spring Roll Baskets will be ready for each guest and filled with the stir-fry they choose or the designated recipe if they choose to use that.
