Did you know that ravioli is made using traditional, artisan methods throughout many regions of Italy? This small, filled pasta creates a vessel for scrumptious combinations made from fresh and simple ingredients and dressed to impress. Chef Freyka will guide you with ease through some of her favorite flavor combinations in this hands-on class.
