Ravioli From Scratch

Are you bored with the same old date night? Say no more! Chef Freyka has found the perfect excuse to celebrate! March 20th is national Ravioli Day and we want to get you ready! Did you know that ravioli is still made using traditional, artisan methods throughout many regions of Italy? This small, filled pasta creates a vessel for scrumptious combinations made from fresh and simple ingredients and dressed to impress. We’ll give you all the ingredients to create your delicious ravioli, plus a ravioli stamp to make your perfectly shaped parcels.

Apple and Blueberry Crostata

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School, Lehi on Thursday, March 18th, from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (please contact us at the email below to arrange an alternate pick-up time if needed)
