Risotto a la Milanese con Scampi

Risotto a la Milanese is a traditional northern Italian dish from Milan. It’s based on toasted rice with a sofrito of onion, broth, cheese, and saffron. Risotto may sound intimidating, but Chef Nancy will show you the tips and techniques to master this delicious dish. This class will include a wine pairing.
