Rosé All Day: Cheese and Wine Class

Rosé, perhaps one of the most misunderstood wines in the world has a long and incredible history. Certified Cheese Professional Matt DeLoach and wine specialist Cory DeLoach are here to shed light on this unique style of wine also known as the “pink” wine and pair it with specially curated cheeses and accompaniments. Join us as we discover why rosé wine should be celebrated and at the same time enjoy the most delectable cheese board!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the cheeses and accoutrements for the class for two people. You will need to purchase your own wines. We will provide you with a list of wines one week before the class including the DABC numerical codes to order ahead and locations that have those wines in stock along with the amount they have in stock.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Thursday, May 13th, from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
