Join Chef Callyn in this dynamic hands-on class featuring Salsa Del Diablo and Bitters Lab! Salsa Del Diablo started making salsa over 15 years ago out of the sheer love of salsa. Their salsas are a culmination of Mexico City’s traditional recipes and the freshest ingredients available, highlighting seasonality and local farms. Bitters Lab, Utah’s first premium cocktail bitters company, will be participating with exciting tequila libations!
A light meal with be served.
