Online Class: Scrumptious Sunday Tiramisu

Want to get ahead on your Sunday preparations? Dessert is the one thing that sometimes we leave behind. Join Chef Freyka as she shares with you one of her oldest and favorite desserts. All ingredients will be provided and measured for you. We will teach each part of this complex recipe in parts to increase your learning experience and leave you with the knowledge you’ll need to create other recipes and make tiramisu a relatively easy task. At the end of this class you will have a 9 x 13 dessert to share with your loved ones!

We will be learning:
Mascarpone Crème
Coffee Tiramisu
Note: if you would like to make your tiramisu without coffee, please indicate this in the comments below and we will send you alternate ingredients.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create one family size dessert (Serves 12). You may participate with a guest to help you prepare your recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School (located on the mezzanine) on Friday, June 18th, from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
