Seaside Wine Pairings

We can’t get away to a marvelous seaside locale for class, but we can eat and drink like it!  Seafood is Chef Callyn’s specialty and passion, so join us for this exciting and unique online class.  You’ll prepare and enjoy three seafood tastings each with a wine pairing by Sommelier, Julie.  This is a night you won’t want to miss!  We will send you the list of wines and the DABC location where they are available once you’ve enrolled.

Tasting Menu:

Fresh Oysters with Mignonette, Sparkling Brut

Seared Scallops with Tropical Salsa, Pinot Grigio

Honey Miso Salmon and Roasted Vegetables, Pinot Noir

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on May 7th, from 3 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
