Shellfish 101

Chef Callyn has spent over seven years cooking on or near the ocean, so seafood is her specialty! Join us for this exciting online class exploring key techniques and recipes tailor-made to make the most of the fresh shellfish Harmons has to offer. You’ll practice perfect preparation of several shellfish varieties, combining ingredients to create a delicious meal, sure to transport you to beautiful seaside locales!

Scallop Ceviche
Bouillabaisse with Lobster, Shrimp, Clams, Mussels, and Market Fish

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on April 1st, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
