Shop with a Dietitian: Kids Zone

Calling all kids ages 8-12! Are you looking for a fun and educational activity to beat the heat this summer? Meet with your Harmons dietitian to tour the grocery store and learn about making healthy food choices. This interactive tour includes all the coolest parts of the store and you may discover some foods you’ve never seen before! Parents/guardians are welcome to grocery shop separately while children attend the tour, but we ask you to remain on the Harmons’ premises during the tour.
