Slice and Dice: Knife Skills

Would you like some quick and easy meals for the next couple of days? Have you ever wanted to meal prep quickly and efficiently but couldn’t? Slicing and dicing quickly and skillfully might seem like a difficult and hard thing to do, but all it takes is technique and practice! Join Chef Daniela so that she can teach you all the tricks and tips to become a slicing and dicing expert! Chef Daniela and Chef Scott will teach you how to properly use key knife skills to make your meal prep faster, your food cook more evenly, and your dishes look exceptionally beautiful.¬† We will be giving away 1 chef’s knife!

Menu and Skills:
Breaking down a whole chicken (1 per person)
French Cuts (potatoes, and veggies)

We will cook:
Roasted Chicken
Roasted potatoes
Chicken stir fry with Veggies
Steamed rice (Chef’s prepared)

Seats are priced per person. You will be working with other guests to form groups of 4 for efficient use of the kitchen
