Soul Soups for Dinner

We love the steam and aromas that come from simmering soup pots, the ingredients rendering their flavors to unite into a balanced flavorful dish that will keep us warm during winter months. Or, replenish our bodies after a hard day’s work, or simply making us feel better.

Join Chef Freyka and learn some of her favorite soups as she grew up. An Italian hearty soup that is a full meal on its own and can stand alone at the dinner table, to a soup that will heal your soul and make your family enjoy one bowl after another!
