Sourdough Bread at Home

Bread making has been an integral part of nearly every global culture for thousands of years, and in its many forms, is one of the most widely consumed foods in the world.  Add to that the rich and vast history of sourdough leavening and making delicious sourdough bread at home can seem a difficult and daunting task.  Join Chef Zach to discover how to make fresh sourdough breads from scratch, as well as the key techniques for fermenting your own sourdough mother, mixing, shaping, and baking it. We’ll have you creating delicious loaves at home in no time!

Run time for this workshop will be 3.5 to 4 hours.
