Bread making has been an integral part of nearly every global culture for thousands of years. In its many forms – bread is one of the most widely consumed foods in the world. Add to that the rich and vast history of sourdough leavening, and making delicious sourdough bread at home can seem a difficult and daunting task. Join Chef Zach to discover how to make fresh sourdough breads from scratch, and the key techniques for fermenting your own sourdough starter, mixing, shaping, and baking it. We’ll have you creating delicious loaves at home in no time!
