Spanish Seduction

Everyone knows Spanish cuisine by the many tapas served at elegant restaurants, but don’t forget that Spain offers so many other dishes that aren’t small bites. Cachopo is a steak stuffed with cured chorizo, Manchego cheese and sweet piquillo peppers, which is then breaded and fried. This amazing steak will be paired with a traditional Spanish Pisto and saffron potatoes. It’s the perfect date night or a way to show off to a group of friends or family. Join us for this wonderful class and enjoy a glass of Spanish wine with your meal.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
