Spanish Seduction

Everyone knows Spanish cuisine by the many tapas served at elegant restaurants, but don’t forget that Spain offers so many other dishes that aren’t small bites. Cachopo is a steak stuffed with cured chorizo, Manchego cheese and sweet piquillo peppers, which is then breaded and fried. This amazing steak will be paired with a traditional Spanish Pisto and saffron potatoes. It’s the perfect date night or a way to show off to a group of friends or family.
