Spring Cream Pies

Cream pies can be intimidating. Chefs Debbie and Casey are teaming up to bring you their favorite cream pies. You’ll learn how to make graham cracker style crust and a blind bake traditional crust, crème pâtissière, and raspberry glaze. Each person will get to take home one of each pie to share with their family (or to keep just for you, we won’t tell). A light meal will be provided for the class.
