Steak and Chop

Does the idea of preparing and grilling a steak or chop at home feel you with fear?  Do you find yourself not knowing which cut of meat to purchase, seasoning to apply, or temperature to cook to?  Fear no more! Join Chef Casey in this carnivorous delight as he takes you step-by-step through the process of cooking the perfect cut of meat.  We will have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available with this class, so please list your preference in the comment section. This class will include a probe thermometer for guests to take home.
