Street Food Empanadas

Did you know that Empanadas are considered “Street Food,” usually considered a snack? It’s a grab-and-go morsel you take with you, walking the streets, while you run errands!

Surprise your family and friends at your next dinner party with the skills Chef Freyka will show you as you make empanadas from her native and neighboring countries! Doughs chosen for this class cover the majority of those used to make different empanadas across Latin America. With your new found knowledge, you will be able to easy expand your skills to a variety of fillings, all delicious in the doughs you’ll learn to make in this class.

Come hungry! Class attendees will make enough empanadas to enjoy during class, with plenty to take home and share.
