Summer has arrived and for hot days there is nothing better than a colorful, crisp, and satisfying salad. The hard part is finding inspiration when the word “salad” conjures up ideas of ordinary greens lacking texture and excitement. We invite you to reject boring salads! Chef Callyn and Dietitian Hannah will share inspired recipes full of unique produce pairings, fresh herbs, bright citrus flavors, and believe it or not, no lettuce. We’ll explore the world remarkable salads and demonstrate how they can be the star of a perfect weekday dinner.
