Sushi 101

Are you interested in learning how to make restaurant-quality sushi in your home kitchen? Then this is the class for you! We’ll break down key techniques for preparing sushi rice, fresh fish, and constructing sushi rolls. You’ll be sure to impress your friends and family with your new rolling skills. In this class, Chef Casey will take you through all the steps and ingredients needed to start rolling sushi at home. Whether you’ve been curious about making your own sushi for the first time or just need to brush up on the basics, this class will not disappoint!

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated.
