Sushi 201

The craft of sushi making is a time-honored tradition in Japan, a matter of intense national pride. It’s often noted that the red of the fish and the white of the rice symbolize the red and white of the Japanese flag.  Chef Jake has several years of experience in Japanese food and sushi restaurants, and will guide you through the process. This is an intermediate class with a focus on sashimi cutting.
