Sushi and Sake

The craft of sushi making is a time-honored tradition in Japan, a matter of intense national pride, with the red of the fish and white of the rice often said to resemble the the Japanese flag. But you don’t need to visit Japan to learn some basics for sushi. Our Sushi 101 class will give you insight and resources for making your own sushi. Chef Jake has several years of experience in Japanese food and sushi restaurants, and will guide you through the process.
